Service Description

Come to the farm. We'll provide protective clothing, a vail and gloves for the day. We'll open a working hive and check on the health of the colony. You'll be able to identify worker and drone bees, see eggs, brood, possibly what a queen cell looks like and if we're lucky, the queen herself. You'll also learn about the Varoa Destroyer, Hive beetles, Wax Moth and other challenges of modern beekeeping.
