Wildflower Honey

Wildflower honey is made in the fall.  The bees know what's coming next and the goldenrod and asters are blooming everywhere, so it becomes one of the most productive times of year for the bees.  This honey is less rich than Buckwheat but more so than clover.  It's on the darker side.  Many people swear by local honey as their remedy for alergies.  If it works for your, this would be the honey to eat in Sept-October.
